            **Doors will open 15 minutes before party time and due to time constraints for other parties all party participants must leave the building within 15 minutes of party ending or additional fees will be charged at a rate of $30 per each additional 15 minutes.

If hostesses have to deal with unruly children there will be additional fees of $50 after given a warning to paying customer.  Absolutely no running allowed inside or outside. 

Since we know things get really busy at events and parties we require a deposit of 1/2 of the total price paid at time of booking and the remainder due before the event.  Refund or adjustment will be made if inclement weather cancels outside activities (i.e.; pony related activities, petting zoos, carriages, train).
